*** To get AXXESS EVV, you can either log into the app, go to patient schedule, open up the patient and there will be a bar under their name that says start visit verification as below. OR you can download your visit from the website before your visit, start the visit when you’re with the patient, then go to the visit note to document and click end the visit to obtain the screen for patient signature.
