Altius SOC Packet

For KanTime EVV: You will receive a username, password from Altius for KanTime.

To verify the visit, upon arrival you will need to log into the app, then see the client’s name, click on time in and time out, upon completion click on the care staff signature and sign it, no signature can be clicked. Then save and submit. (you can click on the three lines right by calendar where there is an option for pending clock outs. Then select the patient, click the visit, sign out or click on client’s refuse to sign out and hit submit.

To verify the visit from a computer, in the right hand corner there will be a question mark button, you can click on it and select field user.

***For issues with KanTime please call Irina’s cell at 720-505-3421. If KanTime is not used, the visit cannot be billed.
