Referral process to include mirroring:
· Input referral into SOLI and add PMH attachments with the referral
· Send e-referral in Kinnser -
o Go To > Patient Manager > find the patient by name > click on the patient chart > misc > assign an e-referral to the staffer/scheduler/intake/assistant and fill out necessary information - include dx codes for a SOC when applicable. Then save, send, and approve to show as 'completed.
o 'Then - Go To > Reports/Admin > Manage referrals > Send referral
***If an agency does not have ATS listed as a e-referral company - Go To> Reports Admin > Referral Management > Add/Edit Contracts > All therapy staffing and nursing staffing companies that use Kinnser will be listed. Find Alpine Therapy Services, click on the box and then save. This is a one time setting
