PT/OT/SLP

  • $70/visit (base)

  • $75/evaluation or re-evaluation 

  • $100/OASIS (base)

  • $110/SOC OASIS (base)

  • $20/Transfer OASIS

  • $20/case conference (as needed)

  • $5/supervision visit for PT/OTs supervising a COTA/PTA (internal)

  • $5/supervision visit for external PTA/COTAs from an agency (external) 

PTA/COTA

  • $50/visit (base)

  • $20/case conference (as needed)

ST CFY Internship 

  • $50/visit (base)

  • $55/evaluation or re-evaluation (base)

  • $70/OASIS (base)

  • $10/Transfer OASIS

  • $10/case conference (as needed)

MSW 

  • $80/all visits and evaluations/re-evaluations (base)

Outpatient or Inpatient Facility Hourly

PT/OT/SLP: $55/hour

PTA/COTA: $45/hour

Mobile Outpatient

$65/visit (4 units = 53mins) bill as Outpatient PT/OT/ST/MSW 1hr including discharge (45mins, 30mins, 15mins)

$70/evaluation or re-evaluation (4 units + eval = 73 mins) billed as PT/OT/ST/MSW Evaluation*

Extra benefits: (In addition to FLEXIBILITY!!!) 

  • Supervision Differential = $5-$10/visit that the COTA or PTA completes internally or externally (must be submitted as a supervision visit in Kinnser); If you are a PRN PT or OT supervising a Full-Time COTA or PTA (keeping them at a Full-Time status), your supervision rate will be $10 per visit the PTA/COTA completes.

  • $120 reimbursement per year for CEU memberships; a receipt must be emailed to jayme@alpinetherapyservices.com for reimbursement/year. Reimbursement requests must be completed within 60 days of the purchase for example with physicaltherapy.com, occupationaltherapy.com, speechtherapy.com (applies to those who see 25 units or more, on average per payroll) 

  • $15 pre-approved agency travel stipend for any visit/eval/oasis visit outside of a 35min radius, and outside of the typical clinician area, and requested in SOLI prior to accepting the patient.

HOLIDAY DIFFERENTIALS

***Part-Time (like) Caseload generates between $2,500 - $3,000+/2 weeks 

***Full-Time (like) Caseload generates between $5,000 - $6,000+/2 weeks
