Alpine Kinnser (Wellsky) is the main documentation website used to keep track of all paperwork, and comm notes.
All documentation is due within 24 hours of visit!
SOLI is the main mobile app used to pick up new referrals, keep track of patients/info, and where you will record signatures.
SOLI Signatures are required by the patient or caregiver at every single visit!
EVV
EVV (Electronic VIsit Verification) is a clock in/out and signature system required for all MEDICAID visits.
The EVV system used is dependent on the Agency’s protocols.
You are required to utilize EVV for every visit to get paid and to bill agencies.
Check your patient’s chart on SOLI to see agency protocol information about their EVV system.
